SUMMARY
Provide support in the on-going management of the loan portfolio of BancFirst Commercial Capital with additional support to the credit evaluation of existing and prospective customers. The Portfolio Manager works with producers and customers in the generation of modifications, and reviews to existing loans, the collection of outstanding credit exceptions, management of past due loans, and other similar activities to maintain a quality loan portfolio. Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will aid, as needed, in the analysis of the financial health of commercial borrowers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Meet with customers directly related to needed modifications and extensions to existing loans.
Generate necessary documents for approval related to the modification, extension, or review of existing loan files.
Prepare term sheets and credit memos for credit requests.
Assist in the collection of on-going documents required by the terms of covenants of specific loans within the portfolio. This includes financial documents, insurance, among other documents.
Assist in the management of past-due loans through the contact of customers directly via in person meetings, email, and phone.
Actively participate in weekly departmental Loan Committee which reviews new loan requests, past due loans, coming due loans, loan exceptions, criticized loans, etc.
Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money as needed to support the Credit Analysts.
Preparing financial analysis and financial ratio analysis as needed to support the Credit Analysts.
Underwrite credit requests to the standards of bank policy and procedures, as well as SBA SOP as needed in support of the Credit Analysts.
Research, identification and development of loan opportunities.
Prepare annual Loan Reviews for SBA loans within the Commercial Capital portfolio, inclusive of needed financial analysis.
Refer relevant customers to other BancFirst service providers (Insurance, Trust, Merchant Services, etc.), if not done so by the Loan Officer.
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, or Agricultural Economics
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrates an understanding of credit management, credit operations and commercial lending
Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and maintain confidentiality
High level of attention to detail, with strong problem solving and organization skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel
Complete all required compliance training by established deadlines
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
