ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Foster positive customer/client relations
Administer Trust accounts containing Real Estate and Oil & Gas assets
Administer IRA and Investment Management Accounts
Serve as the primary client relationship manager and point of contact
Be responsible for overseeing all activity regarding client accounts to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
Conduct group and individual client presentations and review meetings
Assist with achievement of new business goals for the office
Work with Bank Presidents, Customer Service Officers and Lenders in soliciting referrals
Work with attorneys and accountants in soliciting referrals
Community Involvement
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned

Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic working knowledge of investments and banking
Knowledge of trusts, IRA, or retirement plans helpful
General tax knowledge
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Trust preferred, but not required
Knowledge of the Bank’s organization, policies, and procedures and systems
Ability to use independent judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
Excellent analytical skills
Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Self starter
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at a time
Brokerage or investment experience is helpful, but not required
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
