Responsibilities
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be assisting with new groups and renewals.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in updating client information.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be assisting with enrollments and claim issues.
- Use your savvy skills to assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with professional office etiquette and the ability to be coached and trained.
- College Degree Preferred.
