The Claims Consultant is a position for an experienced licensed adjuster focused in commercial lines of coverage. This is a unique opportunity for someone wanting to learn insurance claims from a different perspective.

Responsibilities
Assisting the customer in the claims process from the agency side, research insurance coverages, assist production staff and be willing to embrace new responsibilities.
This position will involve keeping pending claims updated to involve parties as required and working closely with the Claims Manager and the producers to assist as needed.
These duties will involve discussing claims and coverages with insurance adjusters, insurance agents and agency customers among others.
The ideal candidate will want to seek challenges and be willing to pursue insurance related designations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred
Licensed in Property and Casualty preferred
2-4 years of insurance or P / C claims experience preferred
