Responsibilities
- 'Process all Custodians Corporate Action (Mutual funds, bonds, equities, options and etc.)
- Process all custodian confirmations received – DDA Corporate Action notices from all custodians
- Dividends and coupons - preparation and allocation
- Process all tax related transactions from Corporate Actions
- Help with custodial responsibilities and processing of transactions
- GNMA's - processing payment of principal and interest
- Processing Corporate action security and/or custodial related payments via Swift
- Position Reconciliation – reviewing and correcting internal positions vs. positions held at custodial. Reconciliation generated by Reconciliation Department
- Prices - pricing positions held (Pending Bloomberg) daily and monthly
- Check pricing report
- Performs other clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and operating office machines
- T-24 processing (All Back Office and Treasury Operations)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management according to Operations Department needs
Requirements
- Supervise employees in the back office
- Bachelors Degree and SEC License Series 7 or Ops 99
- Five Years related experience and/or training
- Bilingual English/Spanish
