Responsibilities
• Process and/or approve daily wire transfers transactions (Outgoing / Incoming / Internal) via FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT ALLIANCE, using the systems established
• Verify customer instructions for security procedures such as: call backs and signature verifications
• ACH Batch Processing
• OFAC verification 1st line review/approval when necessary
• Check 21 & Teller Services
• Prepare statistical reports and provide analytical functions as required
• Credit Card processing including fraud alert and error handling
• Digital Banking processing and customer support
• Bill Payment
• Collaborate with duties or follow-ups of incidents or errors related to wire transfer payments investigations according with the established procedures
• Client Documentation
• Provide assistance in covering positions during employee absences
• Participate in special project and perform other duties as assigned by managers according to Department needs
Requirements
- Operations department experience of 3-5 years
- Knowledge of FedLine and Swift processing
- 2 years Associate Degree or equivalent experience & High school diploma
