Education/Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 2-5 years commercial real estate finance experience. Bridge Lending experience preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills.
- Broad knowledge of the CRE finance industry, as well as a basic understanding of legal and tax aspects related to real estate transactions.
- Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.
- Ability to conduct thorough, independent research.
- Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Position is required to travel up to 25 percent.

Salary Range: $85,475 - $136,761 Annually
