The AVP Relationship Manager for the Fintech Solutions division is a key member of the Client Services team, which is responsible for the day-to-day risk and client relationship management activities within the Fintech Solutions division. The AVP Relationship Manager position acts as a central point of contact between The Bancorp and its clients for day-to-day activities as well as the internal departments within the bank. As the primary point of contact they are an integral part of a team-based approach to providing day to day client support. This position is also responsible for monitoring key performance and risk indicators for programs under their management and works collaboratively with clients to enable growth opportunities.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a financial services or related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 3 years of corporate relationship management, product development, vendor and/or project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior banking or financial services experience.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations.
- Prior experience managing and/or presenting in large corporate meetings.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
- Proactive and highly self-motivated.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take the lead.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Detail oriented with strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to research and seek out information.
