Overview
The duties and responsibilities of a Billing Specialist includes assessing all Lease Sundry Charges, generating, and sending invoices per Lessee’s requirement, maintaining accurate and updated records for Purchase Orders and ACH authorizations, and resolving Lessee questions and issues related to invoices.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Three years related administrative billing experience
Preferred Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of online billing systems
- Basic knowledge of end of day reconciliation activities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
