Job Summary
We are a busy Construction company located in Southern California with a remote office in Wilmington, NC. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Liaison for our NC office to facilitate communication and collaboration between the field and both offices.
Duties
- Scheduling and job tracking
- Communicating with Project Managers on job progress and material ordering
- Vehicle maintenance , tracking, and registrations
- Record keeping and maintenance of job/project files
- Other duties as needed
Experience
- Construction office experience
- Construction Online, Workyard, ProCore experience
- Excellent phone skills
- Well organized
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Spanish speaking preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
