Specializing in multifamily, podium wraps, mid and high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, affordable housing, retail, and mixed-use developments, we take pride in creating spaces that enhance communities. Our Bay Area studio is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Project Manager to lead exciting projects across the region.
Hiring Now : Architectural Project Manager
We are actively hiring a Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily, podium wraps, and mid / high-rise residential projects to join our Bay Area team.
Qualifications / Must-Haves :
- 10 years of architectural experience, with a focus on multifamily, podium wraps, and mid / high-rise residential projects
- California architectural license (CA) or NCARB certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Strong project management experience, including client coordination, consultant collaboration, and oversight of design and documentation phases
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Local candidates only Must be based in the Bay Area, CA

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
