We have a diverse project portfolio working on multi-family, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, sciences, healthcare, industrial, and commercial.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager local in Irvine to step into a critical leadership position within a well-established and growing AEC firm. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role will serve as the right-hand leader, driving strategy, execution, and team collaboration. Youll be responsible for overseeing marketing operations, business development support, proposals, content creation, branding, events, and PR initiativesall while managing multiple deadlines with precision.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Leadership Oversee daily marketing tasks, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure timely execution.

Proposals & BD Support Manage RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs, and ensure compelling, high-quality submissions.

Brand Development & Content Own all marketing collateral, photography, and social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

Team Management Lead and delegate tasks within a 6-7-person marketing team, maintaining alignment with firmwide goals.

Events & PR Assist with internal / external events, award submissions, and public relations initiatives.

Technology & Tools Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, DAM, and WordPress to execute marketing projects.

Qualifications Needed :

7-10 years of AEC industry marketing experience (architecture firm experience strongly preferred).

A natural leader and multi-tasker who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Hands-on with proposals, strategy, branding, and content development.

Tech-savvy, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, and website management.

A collaborative communicator with the ability to manage high-volume deliverables.
