The Sr Program Associate plays a vital role in shaping the lives of our clients by providing supervision, guidance, and instruction to individuals served within a specific Program site.
The successful candidate will focus on daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and social interaction, ensuring that individuals served receive high-quality support and care.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
Supervise direct care staff and oversee Program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager.
Develop and implement individualized plans to support the needs of individuals served.
Requirements
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in a related field is desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. You must have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience or six months of experience as a Program Associate within the Bancroft organization.
