Bandai Namco Amusement America, THE leader in the Arcade / Amusement Industry for over 40 years, is seeking a store associate to join our team in San Jose to open a brand new corporate store. The successful candidate will help introduce the latest Bandai Namco offerings from Japan, including the super popular Gashapon. Product offerings featuring IPs such as One Piece and JoJo will also be sold. The store will open on a test basis for 4 months, and if successful, will become a permanent location. This position will start in early December.

Key Responsibilities
· Daily collection on changers and Gashapon Machines
· Maximize revenue opportunity by providing an excellent customer experience.
· Ensure machines are always full and product is rotated appropriately.
· Ensure safeguarding all company assets (i.e., machines, inventory, cash, and tokens)
· Always maintain the high standard of the Banda Namco providing world class appearance and cleanliness of all products, displays, floors, counters, and packaging materials
· Deposits and record keeping of deposits.
· Fill out collection reports in Excel and Email to HQ
· Input capsule counts in system, count inventory
· Address any issues with coin jams.
· Assist with One Piece card sales / games / tournaments when needed.
· Always represent the company in a professional manner.
· Store Associates are expected to work 20-30 hours in each workweek.
· Other duties as assigned.
