Key Responsibilities
---Needs to be able to work weekends---
- Daily collection on changers and Gashapon Machines
- Maximize revenue opportunity by providing an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure machines are always full and product is rotated appropriately.
- Ensure safeguarding all company assets (i.e., machines, inventory, cash, and tokens)
- Always maintain the high standard of the Bandai Namco providing world class appearance and cleanliness of all products, displays, floors, counters, and packaging materials
- Deposits and record keeping of deposits.
- Fill out collection reports in Excel and Email to HQ
- Input capsule counts in system, count inventory
- Address any issues with coin jams.
- Assist with One Piece card sales / games / tournaments when needed.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.
- Store Associates are expected to work 10-30 hours in each workweek.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and retail sales experience
- Proficiency in inventory management and control
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
- Experience with purchasing and stocking procedures
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 29.5 per week
