Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing parts and service phone calls and emails, data entry/retrieval, and analyzing various reports. They will process complaints and issues related to products and/or services. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries, such as email or phone call.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Familiar with products and services to relay accurate information to customers.
- Communicate with internal/external individuals to resolve issues.
- Use computer for various applications, such as databases management and word processing.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Recognize when there is a problem or issue and let the appropriate authority know.
- Set up and/or manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents such as correspondences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales background preferred.
- Proficient computer skills
- Two (2) or more years of experience in related position preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently sit for extended periods of time
- Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
- Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
- Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
- Occasionally lift 30 pounds
