Job Summary: Office Management Director
We are seeking an experienced Office Management Director to lead our operations in Los Angeles, CA. This role is critical in overseeing financial management, sales strategy, human resources, and overall business planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and business operations, preferably in the construction industry.
As a key leadership figure, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance with California building regulations, and driving strategic growth. You will also oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee management, ensuring a well-structured and efficient organizational framework.
We are looking for a bilingual professional (Korean & English) with at least 10-15 years of relevant experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and HR management. Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee local company cash flow and budgeting.
- Accounting Oversight: Perform financial closing, prepare financial reports, and handle data for audits.
- Sales Management: Develop and analyze sales strategies and performance for owned properties.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement short-term and long-term business goals for the local company.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, organizational operations, and employee management.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: 10-15 years or more (experience in the construction industry preferred)
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in both Korean and English
- Accounting Expertise: Prior accounting experience and professional knowledge (certifications preferred)
- Knowledge of California Building Codes: Familiarity with California building regulations is required.
- HR Management Skills: Experience in recruitment, performance evaluation, and organizational management
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
Employment Conditions
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications).
