What You’ll Do
As a Personal Training Area Manager (PTAM), you will be the driving force behind personal training operations in your region. Your role will be a blend of leadership, mentorship, and strategy, ensuring consistency, growth, and top-tier fitness experiences across multiple clubs.
- Lead & Inspire – Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-tier personal training managers and coaches.
- Drive Sales & Performance – Oversee personal training sales and marketing, ensuring monthly goals are met across your assigned locations.
- Ensure Excellence – Maintain the quality and consistency of personal training programs across all locations.
- Develop & Support Teams – Offer coaching and mentorship to PT staff to elevate their performance.
- Problem Solve & Optimize – Work closely with club teams to overcome sales challenges and enhance operations.
- Stay Hands-On – Travel to your assigned locations to evaluate performance, refine strategies, and foster growth.
What You Bring
- A strong background in fitness leadership – A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also welcome.
- 2 years of multi-unit management experience – You’ve successfully led multiple locations, overseeing teams, revenue, and operations.
- Sales-driven mindset – Experience in growing revenue and hitting sales goals is a must.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills – You can motivate teams, problem-solve, and drive results.
- Passion for fitness – You understand industry trends, programming, and equipment, and know how to translate that into success.
