Overview
We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through their engagement. This is a high volume position, but for the right person, we can help you get your speed there.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Process payments using Toast POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Follow title IV laws in accordance with the Arizona Department of Liquor
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending required
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and bartending
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in a high volume bar, is appreciated
- Passion for the food industry and willingness to learn new skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $16.85 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
