Bandos is back open, and we have expanded. Operating just 1 block north of campus, we are Flagstaff's hottest college bar.
Overview
We are currently seeking a professional security personnel. Must be well spoken, level headed with a great attitude. Must understand that customer service, patron safety, employee safety, and de-escalation are top priorities.
Your duties include, Welcoming our guests! Checking IDs, ensuring no one under 21 enters premises after designated times, alcohol awareness, refusing entry to intoxicated guests, assisting staff with guests, observing guests within the establishment, ensuring employee safety and walking staff to cars.
Responsibilities:
- Main security hours will be Weekend nights from 9pm - 3am
- Daily security shifts will be available based on need.
- Potential for Tip Pools on busy nights
- Team outings and other AWESOMENESS
Job Type: Part-time
Qualifications
- Strong security and conflict management skills
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Background in law enforcement or military service preferred
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

Pay: $18.25 - $22.50 per hour
