What We’re Looking For :
Current LNHA License in Massachusetts (AIT candidates welcome!)
Experience as an Administrator / Executive Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred)
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in compliance & team development
Your Impact as Executive Director :
- Lead daily operations of our skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living units
