Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple industrial and commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare detailed project estimates and manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct in-house teams, trade professionals, and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication and rigorous standards.
- Maintain meticulous records, project documentation, and regular status reports to support operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Utilize MS Office Suite, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD skills to facilitate project planning and tracking.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in construction estimating.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management within the industrial or commercial sectors.
- Experience in Industrial & Commercial General Contracting or Industrial Facility Maintenance is required.
- Experience working on $1M projects.
- Motivation to lead and learn.
- Polished communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
