Banesco USA is seeking a Client Relationship Manager – Business & Professional for our Hialeah Branch.

Primary Job Duties

  • This client-facing role is responsible for adhering to Banesco’s Sales Process and driving business growth by acquiring new consumer and business accounts, expanding existing relationships, and actively promoting the bank's products and services. This position requires strong sales and service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to contributing to the team's overall profitability. Key responsibilities include:
  • Through individual production, coaching and leadership in line with Banesco’s Sales Process, this role is responsible for guiding a banking center team to achieve sales targets in areas like deposit generation, fee income, and loan referrals.
  • Individual production includes growing non-interest bearing and interest-bearing deposits, referring qualified consumer (residential & home equity lines) and business loans, growing fee income through Treasury Management and ancillary services, and referring new and existing clients to the appropriate lines of business.
  • With the assistance of the banking center team, provide day-to-day customer service to the clients assigned to your portfolio and your partner banking center.
  • Participates in community and business functions/groups/associations to ensure a positive image for the bank within the region’s marketplace. Establish referral contacts within the community.
  • Responsible in completing thoroughly all requests from BSA, answering KYC, ECS and RFI’s on a timely basis.
  • Responsible in assisting the banking center team in the administrative portion of the customer relationship, including reviewing NSF, overdraft, wire transfers, etc.
  • Contributes to the overall profitability of the team through costs controls, income generation and banking center marketing efforts.
  • Adheres to bank’s compliance culture and to all regulatory standards.
  • Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.
  • Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) of experience in the Banking industry with business development skills.
  • Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong client service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of selling and cross-selling techniques to provide clients with the bank’s products and services.
  • Basic knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
  • Ability to work without supervision while performing duties.
  • Ability to understand and comprehend instructions, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate knowledge in branch operation activities, terminology and products and services.
