Job Title: Client Service Coordinator
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a vital role in driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team, and providing excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity.
- Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through efficient hospital operations.
- Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs, and hospital services.
- Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation, entering pet information, utilizing proper identification methods, and ensuring prompt service.
- Manage finances accurately and utilize proper opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under distracting conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking fluent English.
- Client service skills to provide attentive, courteous, and informative service.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.
- Independence to perform tasks without supervision and work effectively during special hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
- Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.
