About the Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing associate veterinarians in their hospitals to ensure high-quality care and meet expected hospital performance measures.
The primary purpose of this position is to drive the culture and delivery of quality care by the veterinary provider team (DVM, CVT, VA) in assigned hospitals. You will partner with the Practice Manager (if applicable) to ensure that every pet receives consistent care aligning with Banfield's six domains of quality.
