Well-established, high-volume Workers' Compensation law firm with an office in Melville, LI is seeking dynamic, outgoing and highly organized individual to join our Settlement & Front Desk Receptionist team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 yrs of Worker's Compensation knowledge and some Front Desk skills. This individual will report to the Settlement Director and work alongside a team of experienced Settlement Coordinators, Attorneys, Paralegals, and other support staff in assisting individuals with existing claims to bring their cases to close as well as handling some day-to-day front desk duties. Candidate must speak fluent Spanish & English.
**This is an ON-SITE Position**

- 2 relevant Worker's Compensation experience

- Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a professional phone manner

**Pay $41,000 - $48,000 per year**
