Role Description
We are looking for someone who will be Gaston's executive administrative assistant, which would entail organizing & analyzing Gaston's CRM on a daily basis- which is filled with thousands of warm real estate investor leads. Someone who can also help with marketing to these leads, as well as organizing the CRM to be more efficient. The goal is to get Gaston in front of as many qualified leads as possible, all of which are worth over $1M. This person will also help in scheduling appointments for Gaston & help his assistant, Kera Parker with other business-related tasks. This hire will be immediately coached & groomed to grow with the company and be compensated as revenue increases.
Qualifications
5 hours/day @ $32/hour ($41,000 Annual Salary to start bonuses)

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills. Good communicator via phone, in person & over email. Experience analyzing & organizing a CRM. Good with excel.
- Experience in operations, finance, real estate, business or sales.
- Coachable, good attitude, positive, ambitious & willing to grow.
- Has a desire to be in wealth management & real estate long-term.
- Needs to be local in Orange County area.
