We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help shape the future of development at the bank.

About the Role

As a full-time Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop software used by your fellow employees. You’ll define and implement robust, loosely coupled software architectures, and solve complex problems across all levels of software architecture and development. This role requires intentional communication and a collaborative working style. You’ll need the courage to use your voice, and the drive to meet your commitments. The position balances challenging and rewarding work with a focus on security and attention to detail. Exercising good judgement, but not being afraid to try new things, fail, and learn. You’ll get to form relationships with diverse and talented individuals across the bank.

We strive to stay current with the latest technologies and practices while maintaining safety and control of our customers’ information. While knowledge with our stack is beneficial, we recognize the importance of aptitude over specific experience with one technology.

  • Visual Studio 2023, Azure DevOps (on-premises)
  • Windows, Kubernetes
  • C#, .NET, Blazor, React, TypeScript
  • MS SQL Server, Redis
  • Web applications, APIs, Microservices and Middleware
  • Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with mobile development and UX are helpful but not required.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will…

  • Be a key member of our agile development team practicing Scrum.
  • Design and develop new applications and maintain existing ones.
  • Write readable, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements and reusability.
  • Release work throughout the sprint utilizing CI / CD pipelines and practicing DevOps principles.
  • Create, maintain, and run unit tests.
  • Translate mockups and wireframes into functioning front-end code.
  • Develop APIs and micro-services.
  • Work on a variety of projects, including our leading-edge Payment Product initiatives and bespoke CRM.
  • Have time set aside for training, continuing education, and certifications.
  • Assist in defining the Bank’s development practices in accordance with business needs and industry recommendations.
  • Have the space to innovate and exercise your creativity.
  • Monitor system and application alerts, working with IT Operations to resolve outages and issues.
  • Exhibit the bank’s commitment to customer experience internally and externally.
  • Perform additional duties as requested, including some after-hours coverage when on-call.
