- Maine certification as an elementary teacher - 180 day position
- To create a flexible elementary grade program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth
- Ability to communicate with staff members, pupils, and parents
- Become an active participate of the third grade team
- To develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge in accordance with each pupil's ability
- Establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members
