Weekend Shift: Friday - Monday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Craft Cheesecakes from Scratch: Mix, bake, and bring out the best in every cheesecake by following our signature recipes with precision and care.
- Decorate to Delight: Decorate cheesecakes using our tools to create beautiful, inviting treats.
- Prep and Perfect Crusts: Prepare cheesecake crusts with attention to quality and consistency.
- Mix with Care: Set and manage mixing times, weights, and speeds for ingredients, creating smooth, balanced batters and fillings.
- Create Specialty Add-Ons: Whip up compotes, ganaches, and other delicious additions to complete our cheesecakes.
- Maintain Stock and Quality: Ensure prepared ingredients are fresh, organized, and rotated properly to reduce waste.
- Clean and Store: End each shift by breaking down and cleaning all equipment—leaving the kitchen sparkling and ready for the next bake!

- Stamina and Strength: You’re comfortable standing, moving, and lifting in a fast-paced environment.
