Responsibilities:
- Examine customer vehicles.
- Identify necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Estimate cost of repairs.
- Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
- Investigate reports of vehicle issues.
- Documents services performed.
- Allocate, order, and receive parts for repairs.
- Report Vehicle Status in weekly meeting-sessions with management.
- Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participates in required training.
- Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations
- ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred.
- State Inspector’s License preferred.
