Banister Ford of Marlow Heights is expanding our Team!  Our dealership is a family-owned dealership that is seeking highly qualified professional sales staff.  As a key member of our Sales Team, this position plays an integral part of our sales department, collaborating with Sales Managers, Finance Manager and customers.

Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience to our customers throughout the entire car-buying experience.  The Sales Consultant must be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn and grow within our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Provide customers with information about vehicles, features, and financing options.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the vehicles in the dealership's inventory.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new vehicle models.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Greet Customer's arriving at the dealership.
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and other activities within the workplace.
 
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bi-Lingual (Nice to Have) 
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Professional with a confident attitude
  • Self-starter with strong initiative with a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals that have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve.
