We are currently looking for an Apprentice Baker to become part of the Banjo’s team at our Shoreline store.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a Banjo’s expert baker – produce great tasting breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.
• Work closely with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure Banjo’s consistent, high-quality standards are achieved each and every bake
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
• Be prepared to work across a range of shifts - Banjo’s stores operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Our Production teams work between the hours of 12am to 3pm
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence, with a positive attitude
• Experience producing quality baked goods is desirable but not required
• Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
• A team player, who loves a challenge
• Openness to growth opportunities
