- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
- Accurately balance cash drawer daily and maintain efficiency with cash handling
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Follow established Know Your Customer guidelines to properly identify customers and adhere to all rules and regulations
