What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Manager VA & NE NC position at Bank & Investment Group?
Primary Purpose :
Manage the building and grounds for the bank offices and partnering company offices. Work with contractors, vendors, and staff across the organization. On-site bank representative for small projects. Promote the TowneBank brand and adhere to the mission statement and guiding principles.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Represent the Bank for all exterior building and groundwork across the organization.
- Work with facilities issues related to real estate acquisition and mergers.
- Work with facilities during the completion of projects in preparations for occupancy.
- Work with facilities on selection of property management firm for the maintenance of properties.
- Assist in coordinating site up and cleanup of events on Campus. (IE. Fall Extravaganza and TowneBank Golf Tournament fundraiser events)
- Assist in completion of project closeout activities of closing facilities.
- Meet on-site with service techs to identify resolutions for complex ongoing facility issues.
- Manage contractors responsible for exterior lighting, landscaping, irrigation, parking lot maintenance and snow removal.
- Develop, review and executes annual maintenance contracts.
- Develop schedules and oversees the execution of seasonal flower installation.
- Develops initial annual budget for exterior capital improvements and repairs.
- Perform regular site visit.
