As a Teller Supervisor at Bank Iowa, you will be primarily responsible for the overall supervision of the teller team and ensuring a superior client experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the teller line for our Clear Lake location.
- Lead the teller line in cross-selling, referrals, and new business efforts in support of branch referral goals. Serve as backup to the Branch Manager when needed.
- Manage teller schedules to ensure continuous coverage of teller functions and adherence to established schedules.
- Work closely with branch management to communicate key information to the branch team regarding changes to bank policies, procedures, products, and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- 5 years of previous cash handling and/or client experience in a financial institution.
- Previous Teller Supervisor experience preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have banking experience, strong customer service focus, ability to listen to customer needs, and suggest solutions for those needs, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
