JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing superior customer service in the transport of customer deposits.
DUTIES
Job Responsibilities:
Primary:
- Maintains records, prepares periodic reports.
- Prioritizes work according to necessity, complexity and deadlines.
- Travel between branches and customer locations to pick up and drop off cash and transactions.
- Coordinates with Bank Building & Grounds Representative for any vehicle maintenance needs.
- Ensures compliance with required local, state and federal requirements.
- Operates with Safety First philosophy at all times.
Other:
1.Works a varying shift week to week depending on the needs of the Bank. Typically averages 10-15 hours/week.
2.Acts as an advocate for the Bank in all interactions both internally and externally, including overall product knowledge of deposit and loans for aligning customers/prospects with the products that best meet their needs.
3.Attend regular training/seminars both inside and outside the bank, as needed.
4.Provide exemplary customer service.
5.Assist with other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements:
Education: HS Diploma with advanced training in security.
Certifications & Licenses: Valid Drivers License in good standing; and ongoing maintenance of valid drivers license in good standing.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Training and Experience: At least 1 year of prior security, courier or similar experience. Solid attention to detail, interpersonal communication and problem solving abilities. Successful completion of in-house training program. Ability to work autonomously and with little guidance. Displays the confidence and competence to gain/maintain the Bank's credibility. Takes initiative to learn, develop oneself and see things through from start to finish.
Essential Physical Requirements:
1.Some heavy lifting and moving of boxed coin (up to 100 pounds).
2.Regularly exposed to various allergens such as dust and pollen and outdoor extreme temperatures on a regular basis.
3.Standing, stooping, reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting and climbing.
4.Ability to converse verbally and in writing with others.
5.Ability to utilize general office equipment, Internet and various business software programs (i.e. MS office).
6.Ability to travel between branches and within the community to attend various events and meetings.
