What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internship - Human Resources position at Bank Midwest?
The Bank Midwest Internship Program is ideal for current undergraduates interested in working in a team environment. This opportunity is targeted for an individual pursuing experiences in Human Resources. The intern will gain a variety of experiences in HR, but will have a project specific to the selection and hiring processes within our Bank. Our interns will also gain a deeper knowledge of the financial services industry through hands on experience, coaching, feedback, and training.
General Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily contact with assigned leaders.
- Complete assigned project concluding with a presentation of results and learning to the Executive Leadership Group.
- Understand processes and work flows to make recommendations for process improvements.
- Understand business needs and provide possible solutions by explaining in clear verbal and / or written communication to customers and / or management.
- Collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization to deliver a completed project by the end of the summer.
- Consistently learn new systems, applications, processes and techniques.
- Lead or participate in projects or support activities, which are moderate in size and organization span
