Bank Midwest is seeking a full-time Retail Manager. This position is part of the Retail Banking team and reports directly to the VP-Retail Banking. Responsible for leading and coaching the retail banking team at the branch location. This position has a strong focus on building customer relationships. Will plan and direct sales and promotional programs. Will work directly with customers for retail banking needs. Must have leadership, decision-making and delegation skills. Requires excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in banking, finance, or business related field. Prefer 2 to 3 years supervisor / management experience.
