Job Description:
The Deposit Product Pricing Manager – Fee Strategy is responsible for identifying and developing strategies, performing client behavior analysis and supporting efforts that enhance client experience, reduce risk and improve efficiency related to deposit product fees. This role will work closely with partners across several areas to advance projects, programs, and address issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing analysis and review of key fee performance metrics with senior leaders in various organizations
Support successful implementation of key initiatives, ensuring alignment to overall strategy
Assess financial, compliance, client and associate experience implications of fee strategy changes
Develop and manage control and measurement plans for key fee related initiatives
Identify deposit fee related issues and lead remediation efforts
Ensure procedures, job aids, knowledge guides and other resources are clear and accurate
Required Skills:
Detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable to ever-changing requirements
Understanding of Consumer & Small Business products, channels, and financial performance measures/drivers
Critical thinking with ability to analyze key data elements necessary to solve problems
Ability to identify key successes and opportunities, and deliver recommendations based on findings
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo
Demonstrates high level of verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
4 year degree
Experience with SQL/SAS coding
Experience with Interact and/or Synergy

Enterprise Role Description:
Responsible for reviewing and pricing products and services. Analyzes the profitability of the client and/or specific services, works up pricing recommendations, and implements and verifies pricing. Must work closely with Product managers on pricing strategies and involve Product managers on deals when necessary. Is responsible for communicating with sales officers and addressing pricing questions and/or issues from the Sales team. Must also be aware of the deal size and arrange for senior management approval calls. May act as an individual contributor or may lead a smaller team in developing and/or influencing pricing strategies and profitability. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs. Has extensive technical or functional knowledge of pricing strategies and models.
