This role is responsible for providing payment processing solutions to small business clients primarily through 1:1 partnerships with assigned groups of specialists, financial centers, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting with small business clients to understand their priorities and provide solutions that meet their business needs, focusing on complex opportunities and solutions.
- Awareness of merchant payment processing solutions, pricing, software, gateways, and security.
- Leveraging a consultative sales process and knowledge of healthcare, retail, restaurant, and business-to-business industries to identify clients' business needs.
- Driving sales and revenue goals while balancing operational excellence, risk management, and client experience expectations, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Building meaningful relationships and collaborating with internal partners to provide subject matter expertise on merchant payment processing pricing, software, gateways, and security.
- Identifying opportunities proactively and developing a pipeline for sales opportunities with internal partners and clients.
- Acting as a champion for clients by connecting expertise across the company to help them achieve their goals.
This role requires:
- 2 years of sales experience.
- CRM (Client Relationship Management System) proficiency.
