The primary responsibility of this position is to acquire the necessary registrations and training to become a certified Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA). This entails providing end-to-end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives. You will conduct client reviews/presentations, including a review of investment goals and recommended products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banking, and managed money solutions.
In addition, you will engage and share value propositions with customers in the lobby, triage client leads, and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Furthermore, you will participate in ongoing training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Complex.
This role serves as a bridge between banking and brokerage, requiring a general awareness of core banking and investment solutions. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
