Job Description
Bank of America is looking for a senior trader for their US Macro Credit Trading team. This candidate requires the ability to manage complex derivative risk, develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal support partners, and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the product area including market liquidity and volatility, pricing, and trading/hedging strategies. Position demands outstanding organizational skills with ability to multi-task and have ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates comprehensive credit trading experience, specifically in the derivative space. Understand the marketplace and client needs to drive product growth/development.
- Develops and executes strategies for increased account connectivity and production.
- Must be proactive and demonstrate ownership and initiative taking.
- Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management capabilities
- Experience working with internal and external clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a focus on maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in the global capital markets, including understanding the fundamental and technical drivers of the loan, credit derivative, and bond markets
- Basic understanding of FICC regulatory environment and industry initiatives.
- 2 years of Fixed Income Trading experiences with a focus on credit products
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
