Hardware Deployment Product Consultant

Our product organization is growing, and we are seeking a product consultant to join our merchant solutions team.

Job Responsibilities:

The Hardware Deployment Product Consultant will play a valued role in supporting the day to day product management of POS hardware inventory, deployment, and reporting. In this role you will be responsible for

• The forecasting of our POS hardware solutions, accessories and management of the order bill of materials across our small business and healthcare platforms
• Reporting for deployment management and finance/accounting support will be a key responsibility
• Defining and documenting business requirements, procedures, problem/issue research and resolution, project support and process development
• Work on a team tasked with delivering innovative and customer-centric payment solutions
• Partner closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, including terminal and POS software development, experience design, commercialization, sales, and operations
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience working in the payments ecosystem
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in vendor management
• Forecasting and inventory management Experience
• Basic technical knowledge of payment terminals and functionality
• Knowledge of requirements documentation, basic presentation creation, issues management and resolution, meeting facilitation
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
