Job Responsibilities:
The Hardware Deployment Product Consultant will play a valued role in supporting the day to day product management of POS hardware inventory, deployment, and reporting. In this role you will be responsible for
- The forecasting of our POS hardware solutions, accessories and management of the order bill of materials across our small business and healthcare platforms
- Reporting for deployment management and finance/accounting support will be a key responsibility
- Defining and documenting business requirements, procedures, problem/issue research and resolution, project support and process development
- Work on a team tasked with delivering innovative and customer-centric payment solutions
- Partner closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, including terminal and POS software development, experience design, commercialization, sales, and operations
- 5 years of experience working in the payments ecosystem
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in vendor management
- Forecasting and inventory management Experience
- Basic technical knowledge of payment terminals and functionality
- Knowledge of requirements documentation, basic presentation creation, issues management and resolution, meeting facilitation
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
