Teller III

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Teller III to join our Downtown Howell team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and accurate financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on bank products and services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including security and compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller in a banking environment
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
