- Lead Incoming Call Operator, providing general telephone customer service in all areas
- Deposit Services Support, including account related issues and questions
- Deposit Account Maintenance and Review
- Online Banking Support
- Card Services Support
- Account/General Ledger Reconciliation
- ITM Video Support
