Head Teller/ Randolph Branch

Primary Functional Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Overees the administration of the teller line and provides exceptional service to all customers. Maintains current knowledge of all bank products and services. Ensures appropriate service is provided to all customers through tellers.

Contributes to the attainment of branch product and service goals through monitoring of teller’s cross sales and referral activity. Sells and cross-sells all bank products. Participates in branch promotions and contributes towards branch product and service origination goals. Provides customers with investment option information and makes referrals to Investment Specialists.

Minimum qualifications at entry:

Education/Experience:

A high school diploma required and a thorough knowledge of bank products and operational procedures. Two years of Retail (Branch) Banking experience and one year of supervisory experience required.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
