Overview
The new intern will provide assistance with new accounts opening and banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts related tasks such as account opening, account closing, and account maintenance.
- Handle the production and mailing of debit cards.
- Assist in transaction inputs, online banking operations, documents filing, and new account review.
- Respond to customer inquiries for walk-in customers, call-in customers and customers' inquiries through mail, internet banking or email etc.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Basic knowledge and experience in banking and finance.
- Detail-oriented, good time management skills and great teamwork.
- Microsoft office skills and computer skills.
Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
