Overview:
The role of an Information Tech Support is to provide technical assistance and support to users in a timely and efficient manner. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing
and maintaining computer systems and networks, and resolving technical problems either remotely or onsite. The goal is to ensure that all IT systems run smoothly, enabling our organization to operate effectively.

Deploy and Installation:
- Deploy IT projects, such as system upgrades or software installations.
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
- Collaborate with Bank's IT Team to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
System Maintenance:
- Monitor and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Set up new users' work phone and profiles in addition to managing IT system passwords.
Compliance and Regulation:

Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and conduct
regular audits. - Perform data backups and ensure data security and integrity
- Bachelor's degree required, majors in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience required
- CCNP, CCNA), server administration, or other relevant IT certifications ( g., MCSE, CompTIA A ) preferred,
- Minimum 4 years of IT Support or similar experience required
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and basic networking. Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English
- Experience in a banking or financial institution is highly preferred
- Experience in compliance and regulations are highly preferred
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
