Overview:
The Security Analyst will support the Team Lead in overseeing and managing the physical security operations within the bank. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of the bank’s premises, assets, employees, and customers by implementing and monitoring security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents. The Security Analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a secure environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential physical security vulnerabilities.
- Analyze findings and develop actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with Facility and Security Team to align security risk assessments with organizational priorities.
Access Control Management:
- Support the Team Lead to enforce access control procedures to ensure appropriate access to buildings and facilities.
- Review access control reports and ensure proper adherence to Physical Security Management procedures.
- Ensure that access levels are properly set and regularly updated to meet security and operational requirements.
Security Policy Review and Reporting:
- Review existing physical security policies and make recommendations for improvements based on risk assessments and incident reports.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and overall performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate detailed reports, dashboards, and trend analyses related to physical security incidents, access control, and other key metrics.
- Conduct regular vulnerability analyses to ensure compliance with bank security standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that physical security measures align with organizational goals.
- Assist to mentor the physical security team to improve processes, enhance security measures, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of security practices, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with industry standards.
Incident Response and Documentation:
- Manage the documentation and investigation of physical security incidents, ensuring they are properly tracked, analyzed, and resolved.
- Coordinate with Facility Team, Building Facility and Security as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 4-5 years of Physical security team or a related field preferred, with a focus on access control protocols , risk management and security operations.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills to assess security risks and implement corrective actions.
- Strong written and reading proficiency in Chinese.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of physical security access control management and emergency response procedures.
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
